5 October 2022 / 10:00 - 12:00
EPIC Meeting at VISION on New Machine Vision Developments and Emerging Applications
Stuttgart, Germany

Hosted by

Machine vision is nowadays one of the key technologies for many industrial processes. Defects detection, pattern matching, sorting, traceability or character recognition and verification are some of the uses of machine vision systems, whose applications extend to all types of markets and industries. New developments are needed in order to cover the demand of 3D inspection, infrared wavelengths, vision guided robotics, hyperspectral imaging of processes…

This meeting will focus on new technologies and components for machine vision systems, and to define their future applications, needs and challenges to be solved by the existing solutions. The final purpose is to generate new business opportunities and to facilitate collaborations across the full value chain.

Target audience: cameras and optical components manufacturers, providers of illumination solutions, system integrators, and companies using machine vision in their industrial processes.
