I’m working in CEA LETI and semiconductor R&D activities for 35 years. I started with lithography before being assignee at STmicroelectronics in Crolles for Back end of line R&D. Coming back in LETI, I installed the 300mm Pilot line for 3D integration and developed the first 3D integrations using TSV. I moved 4 years ago on the Packaging for photonics laboratory to take in charge the development on flip chip technologies.

Ward van der Tempel is a co-founder and CTO at VoxelSensors.
Ward invented Switching Pixels® Active Event Sensor (SPAES) technology. He previously created 3D ToF technology used in consumer and automotive devices.
Raul Bravo is the creator and President of Outsight, the company that built the first LiDAR Software Processor. He holds an MBA degree from the College des Ingénieurs (Paris, France) in addition to being a UPC Telecom Engineer from Barcelona, Spain.
He has built multiple start-ups from the ground up over the course of his 20-year career as an entrepreneur, including one that he took all the way to an IPO (initial public offering).
In the course of his careers as an engineer and an entrepreneur, he has submitted 57 patent applications and garnered 39 awards, including being named one of the Top 10 Innovators Under the Age of 35 by the MIT Technology Review.
